Manhole Cover

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2716532.

The manhole cover in the road has sunk by about 8-10cm and creates a sudden bump in the road when vehicles run over it, which could also be damaging the cover. Vehicles travelling in excess of 30 could be startled by the bump as there are no speed signs.
