Over grown bushes attracting fly tipping

Due to the bushes seen the images being overgrown this has been an attractive area for rubbish to be left for randam fly tipping and discarding of rubbish... Syringes have been seen thrown in the bushes aswell as glass and as it an access area for children this is very dangerous and sets a bad example and just encourages more litter to generate in the same area.

The bushes was tendered to about a year and a half ago but for some unknown reason only half of it was removed to make way for the barrier. The other residents have noticed this and it will not be long before some serious incident acures.

This really needs to be cut right down all the way along the wall to help reduce further issues arising
