Whole railing has come away pavement broken

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2709241.

A car has gone into the railing in front of the Salvation Army Building and has broken railing and broken the pavement in three places. The railing is very dangerous with sharp edges lying across the pavement.
