Cars partially obstructing access to driveways

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2702646.
Cars park all along this access road to driveways of a row of terraced houses on a daily basis and make it very difficult and sometimes impossible to get cars in and out of driveways. They are parked along the bushes and fence with the public green space behind and that significantly reduces maneuvering to get in and out of this access road and its driveways. It is forcing cars to drive across their verge (damaging it in the process) and slabbed path to front door to reach their driveway. Cars parking along do get accidentally damaged at times as vehicles attempt to leave this access road (eg. vehicles having to reverse in the dark with little space (cars on driveways on one side and parked cars along bushes and fence on the other side). Signage should forbid parking on this access road and residents should be informed of this change.
