Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2697213.
The path that leads to the underpass that cuts through harebell close is becoming a safety problem, people on cycles do not stop and ride straight through, I have nearly hit people on several occasions and know some residents that have accidentally hit people due to the unsafe crossing. Some rails need to put up to prevent cyclist being able to go straight onto the road. Some walkers doing the same thing or letting their dog off the lead so it’ll run ahead and almost get hit by cars! Something needs to be done before someone gets seriously hurt!
Thanks for making your report.
