Tree broken and damaging fence

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2691710.

I have previously sent photos but dont know if this worked? Tree fallen over to number 62 garden. Broken the fence. Making it difficult to open garden gate. Tenant has previously reported this? Over hanging trees also in the garden. Trees and shrubs are from Southwell Road, Werrington, PE4 5BW.

    A Tree Surveyor has inspected and found that
    there is a small tree which is leaning and has broken fence panel by rear gate.

    Checking our system there is a strip of land between fence and public footpath on Southwell Avenue which is not Peterbrough City Council's where the fallen tree is located
