Pavement damage still not repaired

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2681538.
Pavement access problem The section of Henry Penn Walk near Rivergate has been closed off for many months (long before the Covid crisis). It's very disappointing not to be able to complete the walk along the riverside. Do you know when work to fix the large pothole will commence? I last asked about this issue in September 2020 and there still seems to be no progress. Can you please tell me what is preventing the council from fixing this problem and when it is likely to be resolved?
Thanks for making your report.
It will be passed on to the relevant department. We will endeavour to provide you with an update within 10 working days.

Peterborough City Council had to Close Henry Penn walk for safety reasons due to the structural failure of the quayside allowing the footpath to subside significantly. PCC are not responsible for the quayside so the path will remain closed indefinitely until ownership and responsibility can be identified and then repairs undertaken.
State changed to: not the council's responsibility
