Fencing and warnings signs knocked over

The fencing and footpath closed signs meant to protect people from harm whilst the footpath alongside the nene valley railway is replaced, have been knocked over by dog walkers determined to use the unfinished path. The signs have been left in a dangerous position with the legs pointing upward which could injure someone. The fencing has also been kicked over covering the path presenting a trip hazard.
