Council owner trees/bushes.

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2653173.
There has been an ongoing issue with overgrown council trees/bushes in our community car park. This has been going since at least 2016.
My complaints continue to be ignored. Your trees have ruined the car park area. Please stop saying we will be in contact within 20 working days since you have not done so since 2016.
The problem is that these trees/bushes have overtaking the car park so bad that the residents cannot park even one of their cars, let alone two cars that the spaces are supposed to provide. They have even taken down the fence which can be seen laying on the ground in the middle of the brush. There have been numerous complaints to the Peterborough City Council with no avail. I contacted them today and they gave me your email address to contact you directly about the issue.
I will attach two hand drawn sketches, one of how the car park is supposed be, and one of how it is today. I will also add the reference numbers and dates of the previous complaints.
