Trees and blackberry bushes obstructing path

Reported via desktop in the Public footpath or cyclepath category anonymously at 14:55, Tue 30 March 2021

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2643221.

There are several trees along bakers lane with branches dangling over and obstructing the normal use of the footpath. one of the trees also has a thorny blackberry bush growing within it and the drooping branches are low enough to cause damage to people walking by it, tearing clothing. At night it is not well lit and while walking our dog these branches took the wool hat off my husbands head (5.9ft) and scratched his face. it will not be too long before someone is hurt or scarred. trimming them back would be highly advisable and i request this urgently.
