Speeding along Eagle Way from co-op to the school.

Reported via desktop in the Other public road issue category anonymously at 19:26, Monday 22 March 2021

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2626872.

There is a lot of speeding along Eagle Way on the downhill section from Co-Op to Hampton College. This puts a lot of school kids in risk who are walking as well as just other pedestrians in general. The speeding has resulted in a neighbours dog getting hit by a car when he was walking across the road with his child and the dog, which happened last summer. There have been many other incidents of other pedestrians almost getting hit, and the road is generally dangerous to cross. I request that the council put up some proper speed bumps or other traffic calming measures in place.
