Lack of signage

Reported via desktop in the Traffic sign category anonymously at 13:39, Monday 1 March 2021

Sent to Peterborough City Council 5 minutes later. Council ref: 2579468.

Arrows painted on the road coming up to roundabout indicate that left hand lane is to turn left and right hand lane is to go straight ahead or right, however as many trucks come down here the road is often muddy and the arrows are difficult to see, particularly in the dark. I have noticed this issue for months as this is on my regular commute and people often use the left lane to go straight ahead which often results in undercutting and I have had many near misses because of this. Please can the arrows be repainted and if possible a sign added to make this clear.
