Dangerously broken toddler swing

Ladt couple of days the toddler swing has been broken -Sheared off metal part of swing , if toddler climbs into this will cause serious injury. Also other swing was removed 2 years ago or more and not replaced here and in main sugar way park. Please provide our children spaces to play.
