Two deep potholes

I drive into one of this pothole and seriously damaged my car, rim broken, tyre punctured and also noticed some banging on the side where was hitted. I only fixed my ture and rim so far (got receipt) still need to check what else is broken. Iam paying road tax and don't think is entirely fair for me to pay for this repairs. They're clearly not my fault but council's for not keeping a roads in good conditions.
