City Fibre Install left Driveway in poor condition

Good Evening, City Fibre has been installed in my street this week and construction crossed over my driveway which extends to the curb over a Publicly Accessible section. I am unhappy with the condition it has been left in. The existing concrete now has a large crack which will get worse with time and the newly laid concrete protrudes higher than the existing leaving a trip hazard. Please see images attached. I have raised this same complaint with City fibre this evening but my assumption is that they are a contractor under PCC which leaves you ultimately responsible for the quality of the work.
