Tree just outside the garden fence but still branc

City council peterborough, I am living in Paston the tree is just in the behind our fence but it's over grown and the branches knocking our window when it's windy weather and also it is hazard in summer when my kids use temprlin if they jumped these branches hurt the head and eyes. These trees are just where the NHS private parking and then there are back doors for few houses so all residents are upset from these trees because these branches are hanging for everyone's garden and all we got young children and these are big hazard. I apeal to the peterborough city council please send someone to shred these trees .
