Dumped car not moved for weeks

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2544878.
There is a car been dumped on the verge opposite the flats in Shortfen, hasn't moved in weeks, and is a hazard everytime I have to reverse off my drive, doesn't help that DPD vans get dumped down the street over night and all weekend as well. I checked to see if the vehicle has any Tax and the vehicle cannot be found on the government website reg number is SIB8308 which is a Toyota Corolla T3 Vvti, however using www.checkcardetails.co.uk the registration is linked to a Nissan Primera so something suspicous about the car.
