The insurer's of 2, Milton Way have stated that vegetation within the tree belt, adjacent to this property, which is owned and maintained by the local authority is continuing to be a primary source of the subsidence damage to this property and requires immediate attention. A full report has been filed with the city council which states what work is required to be undertaken.
