Parking on muddy drive

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2535875.

This has been reported before and although the case is closed the owner has done nothing about it, I think the house is privately rented and the mud is still all over the footpath and needs to be addressed, and although you say you have spoken to them and case closed you need to make sure you inspect this has been done before you close the case!!!!
