Council Brown Bin eyesore
Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2514047.
We have a 'catch 22' situation with this bin overflowing and abandoned since before Christmas. The black bin collection, recycle collection and brown bin collection will not take it for obvious reasons. But with no common sense these days the result is, its left blocking the pavements and becomes an eyesore. Could PCC remove it from our street as it serves no purpose. Thank you
