3am noisy roadworks

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2513043.

Is it really necessary to have roadworks done at night? Pneumatic hammer is used at 3AM night time!!! I bet nobody sleeps in this area. Please reduce these noises. It feels like a bomb is blowing somewhere. Unable to sleep at all. 3 am is not the right time for hammering the roads. It's ridiculous.
