Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2512178.
Bottles and carrier bags of rubbish have been dumpes on one side of path in woods by varpark, and a black bad and other rubbish dumped on other side of path
A fluorescent light tube and holder has been dumped against the fence further along the path
