Once again an area of ground saturation and perhaps low lying land, during normal conditions there would not be the overland run off from adjacent land onto impervious surfacing, there is no positive drainage system at this location and none could be installed as there is no where to connect to, again like most of the uk we are experiencing a prolonged wet period and the land is fully saturated so even a small rain shower that would normally be absorbed via grass open space this now just runs off causing isolated areas of standing water...nature brought this water and we have to let nature take it back into the subsoils once the conditions dry out.
State changed to: No further action
