Impassable Cyclepath due to water accumulation, second time it has been obstructed this year. Issue present from at least 28/01/2021. Allegedly fixed earlier this month.

This is due to ground saturation with overland flows leading to low lying impervious land. We have excavated a small drainage channel to enable the majority of this water to enter the adjacent ditch. This is a common occurence city wise where all grass open space areas are saturated/waterlogged, so even the smallest rainfall event will result in direct run off resulting in localised areas of standing water.
