2 inch deep potholes + surface breaking up

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2494152.
The raised red tarmac area adjacent to Green Road has a number of potholes. At least two of the postholes are approx 2 inches deep and 18 inches diameter. The overall general surface of the red tarmac is breaking up. It has been like this for around 4 months and getting worse.

The Peterborough City Council Highways team have assessed this issue as a high priority and aim to repair it within 2 weeks.
