State changed to: Investigating

We have inspected the gullies down St Marys Drive and these are clear and the pipe work free flowing, we lifted the Anglian Water manholes outside 1 and 5 on the footpath and there was evidence these had been full of water, therefore if this re-occurs we advise to call Anglian Water direct on 03457 145 145 and ask that they check the surface water sewers in St Marys Drive as they are surcharging. If you say the road gullies are full they will just send you back to PCC, these are only fully as the Anglian Water sewer is full.
State changed to: not the council's responsibility
