Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2485492.
Dear Sir or Madam, We understand the Council was going to send somebody last week to erect a temporary fence from where your tree had penetrated the boundary to our property as it was agreed on site by your contractors that there is a security risk to the rear of our property. We write on behalf of our tenant as the owners of the property so say that we are very concerned about the security risk and would be grateful please if you could accelerate matters and let us know when you will be erecting the temporary measures whilst you consider and action your full replacement of the boundary fence. I would be grateful to hear from you on 07939 527915 as a matter of urgency such that I can assure our tenant has safe occupancy. Yours faithfully Henry Wells MRICS
