State changed to: Investigating

We have investigated this and as we assumed the surrounding land is fully saturated thus any water falling onto the highway has no where to drain/soak into. This, unfortunately will be a regular occurrence as we experience these intense rainfall events. Once ground conditions dry the standing water should disperse naturally.
State changed to: No further action
