Complete length of lane full of potholes

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2470714.

The lane is full of potholes and the surface is breaking up. Vans travelling up and down the lane 24/7at high speeds bounce from pothole to polehole making a banging clattering noise. The verge edges are being broken up and being used as a road. The lane was never made to take the amount of traffic.
