Uneven road surface, potholes and cracks.

The lane is constantly being used by 44 tonne lorries, farm vehicles with trailers and delivery lorries. This causes severe vibrations and horrendous noise to the houses on the lane, which has already been reported. The lane has been repaired on numerous occasions, but due to the, almost, 24 hour use (including weekends - both Saturday and Sunday) these repairs are now only short term. The vibrations do not only affect the houses, but also are impacting the 18 inch water and gas mains which run under the road and are being damaged by water seepage, cracks and potholes. This road was never created or designed to take the high volume and size of vehicle that uses it and is, again, in desperate need of resurfacing; not another repair.
