Road gritter speeding through the village

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2464860.

The 2nd time this week a gritter has sped through the village around 18:10pm wouldn't be able to stop if something went out in front of it and is barely putting any grit on the road. It is not only danergous speeds near a school in the dark but also defeating the point of gritting as its not hitting the floor
