Parking on grass verges

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2460708.
Parking on grass verges is getting progressively worse in our neighbourhood. There is mud everywhere and can be a serious hazard for pedestrians and road users - especially children and the elderly. Both Grange road and Moorfield road are prime examples. Some residents are forced to use the wooden pallets for vehicles crossing which can be very dangerous for other road users.
This is a very old issue but has recently become worse. I wonder why this area is being neglected by the highways and how they can miss this out in their annual inspection as no action has even been taken in the past.
I am sending you some photos for your kind attention.
