Hi, I previously contacted you on the 12th November and had a visit to identify our issue with the kerbs in our area for access for our daughters wheelchair. We was under the impression that the main 2 kerbs would be replaced with new kerbs and the one near our house, would have some tarmac added to make it easier for her to get up. On the 24th December see attached picture only work was done to one kerb by adding just tarmac. This kerb should have been one that was to be replaced and not just adding tarmac which will not resolve the issue. Can you please look into this as the work we expected has not been completed? Previous reference number is 2384144
