Tree at risk of falling onto Footpath

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2452699.
Pine tree (dead?) in shelter belt has fallen (26 or 27 December?) but being held by Streetlight PCC04 (see photo) in a leaning position. If branch caught on lampost breaks the tree will fall across the footpath.
