Road very slippery, bot been resurfaced for years

Reported via mobile in the Other public road issue category anonymously at 12:00, Tue 29 December 2020

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2451639.

This road had not been resurfaced for years and has become very slippery being a danger to both horse riders and walkers. This issue is continuous all year round with the summer being as much as an issue. We have had two horses now slip over on this road in a matter of months, both used horses suffering significant injuries putting them out of work. With deep ditches on either side and farmers not will to allow off road riding we are limited to riding on the roads. This had been an on going problem with a number of hunt horses breaking legs on this road and having to be euthanised. With the road and verges being narrow there is limited space for passing traffic so this needs to be safe for all on the road to prevent further accidents.
