Unit 1 Ivatt Way - The old freemans building, There is a culvert which is back filing along the railway line and on other side is a building construction work ongoing with heavy plant. When this happens it floods thier building. Water is backing up on their boundary but not blocked on thier land. It all flows back from a natural spring somewhere, he has no idea where its blocked, Hwe late called back to advise the issue has been found at the Chancery Gate developers site
The contractors doing the groud work have ripped up all the drains and should have a flooding policy plan which they are not adhering to.
This is at the back of Maskew Avenue construction site. Chancery Gate construction site with Bridges Fund management
