Hello, Outside the back of 10 Barnards Way is a walk way that is regularly used to get to the football ground and by dog walkers. There is a tree there that has again dropped a big branch this happened before and blocked the road. We have managed to move the branch this time. Can the tree be assessed as losses branches often. Thanks
