LO64YLL car abandoned flat tyres
Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2429177.
Been sat about 4-5 weeks could be a stash car for drugs....could be stolen on different plates.....parked outside a nursery....at the end of tait close a hostel.....also across the road from eastfield guesthouse which houses all sorts of people.....in a high crime area.....just saying.....
