Hanging branch on tree problem

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2424159.
This tree stands on the Marholm Road Bretton . It is on the right hand side of the road just past the entrance to the crematorium. It is the first tree after the entrance. It looks potentially dangerous as it could fall on someone underneath.

A qualified tree surveyor has assessed your request and following a site visit has been unable to recommend any further action on this occasion.
Please be aware that Aragon Direct Services manages the Council owned trees in accordance with the Peterborough Tree & Woodland Strategy 2018-2028.
Continued management of all of our trees forms an integral part of this strategy. All Council owned trees are surveyed by a qualified surveyor for safety every one to five years, depending on how much the area surrounding them is used. Where inspection identifies maintenance work it is scheduled in accordingly with safety issues forming the highest priority.
