Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2417944.

Unit 23 wulfric square. the estate road is owned by Peterborough council, the gulley by the kerb is blocked, this Is approx 2m deep. Northern trust / Whittle JOnes own the building but not the road, we have tried to take ownership of the road but your estate department has refused to sell. I not you say this is a private estate - I suggest you view the title deeds available to you.
