Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2412397.

Dropped curb located on the corner of Brudenell, opposite the electricity sub station, cars parking on it, obstructing the path and drop curb, which, I am informed, constitutes a road traffic offence that is enforced by either the police or a CEO.
