This car is parked directly onto the pathway every night. There is no way to pass it without having to walk in a busy road.

    Vehicles causing an obstruction is not something Peterborough City Council can deal with. This becomes the responsibility of the police as they have enforcement powers to move the vehicles where Peterborough City Council don't. Our parking enforcement team can only assist if vehicles are breaching parking restrictions.
