Abandoned Vehicle blocking 4 garages

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2404050.

A silver x-type Jaguar registration AU52 KTC has been parked outside 4 garages, leaving the residents unable to use them. The vehicle has no MOT, no tax and is causing an obstruction.
