Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2402952.

T/C from resident said a new tree has been planted outside his house, 14 Holland Avenue and it wasn't discussed with him but he was going to apply for a dropped kerb. Resident said they are pleased a tree has been planted as the old one was been removed but would like it moving slightly so they can make their application. He said they were written to regarding a new tree being planted further up the road but not his one.
