Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2398697.
"THANK YOU NHS" graffiti affixed to road on approach to traffic lights in both directions to look like road markings.
These markings are not prescribed in accordance with law & must therefore be removed from the road at once. Only markings prescribed by the Regulations may be affixed to a public highway in England. THese markings are unlawful & must at once be removed.
