Blocking pavement again.
Reported via Android in the Car parking category anonymously at 20:29, Thursday 19 November 2020
Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2395971.
Carer's vehicle blocking pavement all day most days. Since it's an offence to drive on the pavement then they must be committing that offence several times every week. There is no need to park on the pavement at all in our street since the carriageway is easily wide enough for vehicles to park at the kerbside as they should.
Thanks for making your report
Vehicles causing an obstruction is not something Peterborough City Council can deal with. This becomes the responsibility of the police as they have enforcement powers to move the vehicles where Peterborough City Council don't. Our parking enforcement team can only assist if vehicles are breaching parking restrictions.
