Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2393195.

Audi reg number NL57 VPD parked at bottom of the street of Shortfen drove down the road reckless when confronted advising they could hit a number of parked cars was sworn at and told its not our problem were not insured then walked off not moved since Sunday so believe has potentially been stolen and dumped.
