Rotten Safety Rails On Footpath Bridge

Reported via iOS in the Damaged structure category anonymously at 19:20, Sat 14 November 2020

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2387562.

The sides of the footpath bridge have rotted and offer little support, the bridge is also old. As it’s on a footpath a lot of inconsiderate horse riders and cyclists use the footpath and signs or other measures need to be put in place to mitigate this. There also needs to be improvements made to the way markers in the Upton area, some posts are either damaged or missing and when fences are replaced which have sign disks on nobody knows where to go?
