Abandoned, untaxed white van

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2386472.

A white van that is coming back as untaxed, has been abandoned in the car park. The vehicle is outside no* 33-44 ellindon. This has now been left for over a month with no tax and has not been moved. Reg DV11VSD
