Poor Access for Electric Wheelchair, broken Kerb

Reported via desktop in the Public footpath or cyclepath category anonymously at 13:47, Thu 12 November 2020

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2384144.

My daughter has an electric wheelchair and uses the dropped kerbs for access in Kinnears Walk. As you can see the kerb is in poor condition and is not completely flat. She has to reverse up the kerb as she previously went front ways and one of the front wheels snapped off. Sometimes access to either dropped kerb has been blocked causing additional problems. Can you please look into ensuring both dropped kerbs are made more accessible? This has been an ongoing issue that needs addressing, thanks
